Why Wait?

When you see trash laying in your front yard and you know you didn't put it there. Do you wait for the person who put it there to come back and clean it up? Maybe, you leave it there for someone else to come pick it up but I doubt it. Chances are if you see trash in your front yard you clean it up, right? The reason you tend to clean it up is because it's your front yard and you care about it. When you have mechanical issues with your car you don't tend to let the problem go on without fixing it. I mean if you can't afford it at the time you don't have much of a choice. But, if you were able to fix it you would. Why? It's simple. It's because you know if you don't get it fixed it can end up causing a bigger issue and leaving you with an even bigger repair bill. Worse case scenario your car can end up breaking down for good beyond repairs. That's kind of what's happening right now in Our Nation. We see problems that need to be addressed and fixed. Yet, we sit back and watch the issues we have, evolve. The problems such as hate and division are issues we don't want to have to deal with with in our country so why do nothing and leave an even bigger issue for our children to have to deal with? That's what happens, when us the generation before them sit back and do nothing about the problems we're dealing with. We leave them for our children and future generations to come to have to deal with. Just like the trash in your front yard. You may not have been the cause of the problem but you can be apart of the solution for the problem. We love and care about our country just like our front yard. Do you really want to see our country go backwards to segregation? I hope you don't and neither do I. We must start caring about each other and not just in words. We have to start standing up for each other. We have to start bonding and building with each other. We absolutely must start listening to each other. We all walk down different paths in life. We have to understand the media and our Government are willing to lie to us to get what they want. Division and us hating each other is always a major part of their agenda. At some point we're going to have to start trusting each other. Sometimes things may be unbelievable but we live in a time where we have to learn to keep an open mind. Just because you don't see something going on or don't believe it's happening. Doesn't mean it's not happening. You just might not see it going on from where you are or had to deal with it on your path in life. We have to start having Empathy for each other's situations. The ability to understand and share each other's feelings. The more we shut each other down or ignore each other's emotions, the more we will start to see people distancing themselves even more. If you go to your significant other and you tell them you haven't been feeling loved. Would you want them to shut your feelings down and tell you that you can't feel that way? Absolutely not. You would want them to try and understand where you are coming from and why you are feeling that way. After all, how would they know how to do things differently so you will not continue to feel that way. You also wouldn't just want them to tell you that they love you without putting any actions behind it. That's what's going on right now. People want everyone to believe that they love and care about them without having to put any action behind it. We will never Unify our Nation if people don't start showing each other that they love them. We have many problems in our Nation but if we truly think about it. We can solve many just by stopping to care about each other. Gun violence, dui, poverty and so much more. Do you think people would drive drunk if they truly cared about others? Do you think there would be gang violence and mass shootings and serial killers if people truly cared about each other? Do you think people would kidnap our children if they truly cared about people? Racism wouldn't exist if people just stopped and cared about each other the way God intended. Poverty would not exist if the people truly cared about each other. If we can end poverty we can lower crime around our Nation as well. The government will never end poverty because they capitalize off of it. If us as the people in Our Nation truly United and worked together. We can end poverty as well as strengthen our bonds and relationships in our Nation. None of this will be easy and it won't happen over night. But, nothing is impossible and as long as we work for it and believe in it. We can make a change in Our Nation and hopefully it can spark a change around the world. I love you all and hope you all love me.
